No change in status of this issue. The board of trustees has not met yet to affirm the alumni association paying for the application fee to reinstate the tax-exempt status of the chapter. In addition to applying for reinstatement of the tax-exempt status, the chapter must also file an "Appointment of Agent to Receive Service of Process for Nonprofit Associations," form. Initially, Brother Jimmy Fred will be appointed as agent. This form must be filed anytime there is a change in the agent.
