The actives are doing quite well, numbers wise. The chapter is now up to 22 actives. Everything has pretty much shut down for the summer, but a few will be in the local area.
The chapter recently discovered that it lost its tax-exempt status in 2010 for not filing a Form 990 for the 3 prior years (meaning no return since 2006 at least). That in itself is surprising because all chapters are or should be included in group exemption 0827.
